This ministry is made possible by the many churches and friends who participate through giving. Without your help, we could not be here or do the work we are doing. Your partnership is vital and is greatly appreciated! There are several options for participating in this way:

1. Traditional Method
   You can send your check to:

   Please clearly mark your participation for account number 236425 or J. Gary and Lori Ellison so that it may be properly designated. (You can also designate your giving, such as for construction, whether you give online or by mail.)

2. Online Giving

3. Automatic Monthly Contributions
   You can automate your monthly contributions by using an Authorization Agreement Form. By filling out this form and mailing or faxing it to the Assemblies of God headquarters (see specific address and fax number on form), your monthly contributions can be made hassle free. Your credit card will automatically be charged the designated amount on the 20th of each month. The Assemblies of God will record your approved designations and receipt you each month.
4. Monthly Commitment Forms (a.k.a. “Pledge Forms”)
   Please note: The Assemblies of God World Missions department requires that we missionaries have signed Commitment Forms equal to the amount of our budget before it will grant permission for us to leave for the field. So if you have automated your monthly contributions or intend to partner with us on a regular monthly basis, thank you for helping us by filling out a Missionary Commitment Form using one of the methods below:
   1. Easiest method: Use this form to fill in the amount you want to give monthly, THEN click on the “Setup Recurring Gift” button on that page:
      
      
      
   2. A bit more complicated: Download and fill out a PDF Missionary Commitment Form. (1) Just add your information, (2) email, fax or print and mail the form using the addresses or fax number in the upper right hand corner.
